This aromatic recipe is from Anna Jones' Modern Way To Eat, which is full of delicious, healthy recipes that are 'everday' in the sense that they can be made quickly and efficiently.
I have made it several times using different combinations of mushrooms (shitake and enoki are great) and greens and it has been amazing each time. It is very nice with a bowl with rice.
