Feel-Better Curried Soup with Crispy Chicken

This delicious soup is from Tara O'Brady's Seven Spoons: My Favourite Recipes for Any and Every Day. Françoise, Ethan and I all enjoyed it. I loved the curried broth (see photo below) and the soup would still be wonderful without the chicken and crispy chicken skin.
