A Burger Treated Like a Steak

I know it is sacrilegious to post a beef burger on this blog. However, this burger, from Tara O'Brady's Seven Spoons: My Favourite Recipes for Any and Every Day, is amazing and I know Ethan really appreciated it. He and I have made the burgers twice now and Françoise also thinks they are fantastic. We used English muffins for the buns and arugula.
